課程介紹：

ＣＳＲ ＆ ＥＳＧ報告書分別代表企業社會責任公開揭露資訊的演進過程。２０２２年起，符應國際經濟社會標準，金管會要求上市櫃公司提報的企業社會責任報告書（ＣＳＲ）更改為永續發展報告書（ＥＳＧ），２０２５年所有的上市櫃公司皆須提報與公開揭露ＥＳＧ報告書，並且為地球永續發展的需要，國際大廠開始要求供應鏈下的廠商不僅要完成ＣＳＲ＆ＥＳＧ報告書之外，尚須滿足內含的ＧＲＩ準則／ＳＡＳＢ／ＴＣＦＤ／．．．等各項要求。爰以，本課程聘請國內ＥＳＧ跨域專家，針對國內外對於ＣＳＲ＆ＥＳＧ報告書編列原則進行泛知識講述，同時提供線上自評系統以及荷蘭ＩＰＯＥ科教基金會ＥＳＧ國際素養能力認證測驗，協助上市櫃公司與中小企業主強化報告書編列的內質。

Course Description:

CSR & ESG reports represent the evolution of corporate social responsibility information disclosure. Starting from 2022, in line with international economic and social standards, the CSR Report that the FSC requires listed companies to submit will be changed to the ESG Report. In 2025, all listed companies are required to submit and publish ESG Report. And in order to meet the needs of sustainable development of the earth, major international manufacturers have begun to require manufacturers in the supply chain to not only complete the CSR & ESG Reports, but also meet requirements including GRI standards, SASB, TCFD, etc. Therefore, this course invites domestic ESG cross-domain experts to give general knowledge about the compilation principles of CSR & ESG Reports at home and abroad. At the same time, it provides an online self-assessment system and the ESG International Literacy Ability Certification Test of the IPOE Education Foundation to help listed companies and small and medium-sized enterprises to strengthen the internal quality of the report.
