　　為培育務實、符合產業需求之技術人才，薪傳智庫數位科技股份有限公司參與高雄軟體園區的產學合作計畫，由台東大學校長曾耀銘與徵才企業共同簽訂「產學合作人才培育備忘錄」，同時也和高雄科技大學產學營運處簽定「產學合作備忘錄」，期透過人才培育讓學生返鄉就業、創業見習。

TransAct Think Tank Digital Technology employs two students, *** Hua Wei and *** Rui Huang, hoping them to grow with the company and create mutual benefits.

To cultivate practical technical personnel who match industrial needs, TransAct Think Tank Digital Technology participates in the Industry-Academia Cooperation Program of the Kaohsiung Software Park. Yao-Ming Zeng, the principle of National Taitung University, signs the “Industry-Academia Cooperation and Talent Cultivating Memorandum” with recruiting enterprises, and signs the “Industry-Academia Cooperation Memorandum” with the Office of Industry-Academia Cooperation of National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, hoping to let students start a career in their hometown through cultivation.

TransAct Think Tank Digital Technology agrees that “talents” are the basis of a country’s competitiveness, and actively participates in the innovative industry-academia cooperation model of the Kaohsiung Software Park. They hope the program reinforces their collaboration with industries and public associations, lets local industries make an effort to cultivate local talents, eventually achieves the technical and vocational education development blueprint vision of “local industries cultivating local youths”, and implements innovative technical and vocational education with depth and warmth.
