四大構面78項指標，適用期間為111年1月1日至12月31日，並預計於112年4月底前公布111年度之評鑑結果。

參考國內外公司治理發展趨勢、法規、政策及各界回饋意見，總計新增5項指標、刪除6項指標、修正17項指標，並調整6項指標之題型，持續促進企業對於各項公司治理機制之重視。另外，為鼓勵企業重視環境、社會、治理(ESG)議題，實踐永續發展，將「落實企業社會責任」構面名稱修正為「推動永續發展」。

配合主管機關強化上市(櫃)公司資通安全管理之政策，本次增加「公司導入國際資安標準並取得外部驗證」，可予以加分，鼓勵公司依循國際資訊安全管理系統，建構完備的資通環境，強化資安防護與管理機制。

There are 78 indicators in four major dimensions. The applicable period is from January 1st, 2022 to December 31st, 2022, and the evaluation results will be announced before the end of April 2022.

With reference to the development trend, regulations, policies and feedback of corporate governance at home and abroad, 5 indicators have been added, 6 have been deleted, 17 have been revised and the question types of 6 indicators have been adjusted to continue promoting companies to value various corporate governance mechanisms. In addition, in order to encourage enterprises to pay attention to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and practice sustainable development, the name of the dimension of "implementing corporate social responsibility" has been revised to "promoting sustainable development".

To cooperate with the authority's policy of strengthening the information security management of listed companies, it will be a positive point if "the company introduces international information security standards and obtains external verification", which encourages companies to follow the international information security management system, build a complete information communication environment and strengthen information security protection and management mechanisms.
